This is a new component of the Vetgate offering, and a guaranteed device to improve client retention and compliance.

Vetgate™ communicates with your practice management software (Vision or VetLink SQL, Rx Works) to 1)  trigger the production of a Pet ID card for your client following an annual event (e.g. vaccination) and 2) to display certain information about their pet onto your website (in a  secure section).

Each Pet ID card includes a custom letter from your clinic, mailed on your behalf from Vetgate.

In that letter clients are advised that they can log into your website to view their pets information, as well as any planned animal health events that you recommend. These planned events are taken directly off your clinic software. Vetgate plug the reminders from your clinic management system into our email or text gateway to automatically manage the reminder function on your behalf.
